- Hello, Violetta. Tell us how you started your career and what you are doing now?

- My career began more than 20 years ago with the launch of my own business. It was an early development school for children, as well as a fitness center. After that, I worked for 8 years as a branch manager in a large retail chain, and then opened my own premium teenage clothing store in the city of Tashkent. In 2011, I moved to Kaliningrad, where I founded a chain of beauty salons and a fitness club for families. Since 2019, I have been providing consulting services to entrepreneurs and companies operating in the intercity services market.

- What achievements are you proud of?

- The most significant achievement for me is the birth and upbringing of my daughter, who became a successful entrepreneur. In the professional sphere, I perceive every new project and business as a child who requires constant attention, care and support on the path to independence. I am proud of every project and every mentee I work with.

-What books, resources or personalities have had the greatest influence on you?

- My basic education in music pedagogy and law, as well as each teacher, played a significant role in the development of my professional competence. Numerous courses, webinars and lectures have also contributed. Studying at the International Business School and the International Institute of Management of Entrepreneurs' Associations, where I gained extensive knowledge and experience, which had a tremendous impact on my professional development.

But the biggest influence on me was my family, through whom I inherited talents and skills.

- What are your hobbies and how do you spend your weekends?

- In my free time, I indulge in my main hobby - traveling. Last year alone I made 47 flights. Sailing, attending music events, meeting friends and constantly studying are the parts of my life that bring me inspiration and joy.

- The Milan Congress left an indelible impression. The atmosphere of the event was truly magnificent - style, sophistication and beauty reigned everywhere. The organization of the event was carried out flawlessly. The speakers shared valuable knowledge and insights that will undoubtedly contribute to growth and development in the beauty industry. Being among thought leaders and seeing so many like-minded people in one place was truly inspiring.

- What projects do you plan to implement in the future?

- The Milan Congress left an indelible impression. The atmosphere of the event was truly magnificent - style, sophistication and beauty reigned everywhere. 
- We are preparing for projects and plan to begin work on three large-scale initiatives:
 – beauty and aesthetics clinic;
 – hotel;
 – children's sports and fitness complex.
These projects reflect our strategy to expand and strengthen our market position, as well as our commitment to creating value for society.
